SHIPPING & RETURNS

ORDER PROCESSING

We aim to process orders within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. There may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems outside of our control. However, we will do all that we can to get your order to you promptly.

Please review and ensure that you have entered all your information correctly. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will attempt to contact the customer requesting a correct shipping address to send the original order.

TRACKING orders

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email including a tracking number you can use to check the status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven't received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please email orders@frshfrmca.com with your name and order number, and we’ll take care of it.


Refunds & EXCHANGEs

At the time, we do not offer returns or exchanges, however, if there’s something wrong with the quality of your merch, contact us at orders@frshfrmca.com.
